I posted this because I noticed there are only 13 villages and rouges have nowhere to go
if created there is no leader but all rouges are accepted there are ranks but you must complete missons still but not here you must sneak into other villages and complete missions there.

ok zenrai.I have come with a new solution.we make templates for all villages just in case they want to register their special traits like puppets for sand or mystical mist jutsu.....ok that was lame but you know what I mean.lets have a talk
